The Vinification: this sparkling wine is obtained with the Charmat method. The wine is refermented after the addition of selected yeasts in an autoclave. Once the desired pressure is achieved, the wine is refrigerated, centrifuged and put into barrels.
The Wine: is straw yellow coloured. Its fragrance is fruity, delicate and lightly aromatic. Its acidity is pleasant and its flavour is lively and piquant. This wine is excellent as an aperitif, but it is good to accompany the entire meal.
