Delivery Charges (Not For Beer Dispenser Hire)

We ship to UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland and mainland Europe

We endeavour to dispatch all in stock items ordered the same day if ordered before 3pm. Unless otherwise requested we normally use Royal Mail or Parcel force .
We can offer a next working day delivery service if you order before 2pm and select Next working day at checkout. (This is for UK mainland only and does not include delivery on Saturdays & Sundays )

Our post & packing charge varies according to the weight of the item, but generally is £6.00 for 1-3 day delivery, and around £10.00 - £30.00 for larger items such as motors and fan assemblies and beer dispenser.

Returning and exchanging Products

You can return products you purchase from us for a full refund, providing it is not fitted and returned with it's original packing undamaged ,(excludes commercial items such as icemakers)
It must be in the same condition as when you received it , and it must come back to us within 7 days. To return a product please login to your account and request to return an item. It is recommended that you send items back to us via a tracked delivery method as you are responsible for loss or damage on return. Unwanted parts are returned at the customer's expense

Please include this number inside the packaging so we are able to identify it when it is returned** . Upon inspection of the returned item we will credit your payment method with the amount of the item less the original post and packing charge

If the item is not returned in its original packing, we reserve the right to charge a 20% repacking charge,

Items are guranteed for six months from manufactures defects.

Items will not be accepted for credit without an issued RMA number

If there is something wrong with the item, or you receive something other than what you ordered we will pay for the return postage.

Electronic Items are not returnable under any circumstances.

Cancelling an amending order

Items that have not been dispatched can be cancelled or amended by contacting us via email or telephone. (excludes special order items see below)

Items that have been specially ordered for you either via the internet or telephone cannot be cancelled or amended once payment has been made.

Items not received

If you have not received an item after the delivery time speified. Please contact us.
Refunds and replacements will not be issued or considered until 10 working days of order to allow for delays in the postal system.
If the Item was sent via Recorded delivery, Special delivery, or parcel Force and proof of delivery was received, refunds will not be issued.
All missing or not received order request must be made within 21 days of order

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason just give us a call. We will charge a handling fee unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied but we havn't been around for 20 years without offering excellent service.

Midweek Hire Discount

Most of our clients prefer their keg hire over the weekends this means our weekends are typically very busy and equipment availability either very low or totally booked up.

Due to our less popular mid-week hire period the beer dispenser are offering a massive. Up to £80 discount on all mid-week (Monday-Thursday) full keg hire packages, additionally we are offering a discount on all dispenser hires.
(excluding delivery charges)

That means you get the equipment for an extra day and it costs you £35-45 less than a weekend hire. You can either use this saved cash to buy a better beer, put towards a second keg, get some glass hire or simply just keep in the bank for a rainy day!

Security Deposits

A returnable deposit of £100.00 to £1500.00 is required to cover against repair costs for some of the more likely damage to the equipment and is based upon the risk of damage and also to cover our costs if we are unable to collect equipment as arranged.

Deposits are required on all hires in order to protect against equipment damage and to cover our costs when unable to collect equipment as arranged. (in addition to any delivery fee applicable) and will be refunded upon collection. No deposit - No hire!

Only orders received through the website will be taken to be confirmed orders.

1. Select the beer dispenser (keg hire) package(s) required.
2. Order online.
3. Receive delivery.
- Pay any delivery charge.
- Pay refundable security deposit.

This e-commerce website is currently fully operational and we take security very seriously, please review our security and privacy policies. In short, all your information is secure and won't go to anyone else.

Whilst a member of the team will be only too happy to discuss any potential purchase with you either via email or on the telephone, all final orders must be processed through the website if they are to be confirmed.

Unable to pay online?

Whilst the issue of online security has been significantly addressed in recent years, we accept that a number of clients may be unwilling or unable to process a transaction electronically via a credit/debit card. For this reason we have a method whereby you, the client, can process the order online and receive a pending order notice at which point you send a cheque or bankers draft, upon the clearance of the funds you will receive another email confirming the order.

Due to the perishable nature and high value of stock, no orders will be dispatched until full (cleared) payment is received, no exceptions.
